It has a poly-spandex top that will perfectly fit any chiavari chair and tulle material to form a full lavish tutu skirt. They are beautifully sewn together and arrive in one finished piece.

We match the poly-spandex and the tulle colors. Please message me if you would like a different color top and different color tulle in one chair cover.
We can also make the tutu skirt without the spandex top! Message me if interested!
