I will never work with this vendor again. That is all I will say. Be mindful folks. Get a sample before you make a purchase and confirm all orders so you do not duplicate. You will be stuck. Again Be mindfull with the vendor.

This is my first time leaving a negative review for a product and seller. The customer service was abysmal. The product was nothing as advertised and I strongly suggest everyone get a sample for color and fabric quality before purchasing. The stated colors are not what they say. Finally, Esty was no help at all in getting an honest and satisfactory outcome. They caved. These curtains were expensive and I really expected better and better customer service from the owner and Esty. I will give the curtains to Goodwill as I cannot have the energy of this vendor in my home. Cannot. Folks be mindful and make sure you receive a confirmation of your orders. Good luck all.
