Nothing like the description on the website. This never met the expectations. Texture is bad, unsafe to walk on


I returned this item unopened because the seller did not deliver as promised! It arrived after my event item was purchased in May with seller stating delivery by June 20th. The product was shipping from California to Texas. When I reached out to the seller on June 23rd I was told "Oh sorry we had a family emergency and was out of the country!" I requested a refund and seller said no that my product was shipping in 30 minutes! My event was the next day! Are you a business? Your personal events should not impact a paying customer! I have returned package unopened! Seller is not reliable 😒

The quality was excellent! If you're looking for a stiff runner, this ain't that. If you're considering this runner for outdoors, you may need to use tape to keep it laying in place. This product exceeded my expectation. Will order more colors.
